Community of Practice

This group was started by the team at NACEL (National Audit of Care at the End of Life). This group is intended to explore how end of life care can be improved in acute, community and mental health hospitals - ideally using data from the National Audit of Care at the End of Life (NACEL) data. 

Some of the topics we will explore will be clinically related e.g. personalised care planning, population related e.g. equitable care and some topics will be based more on the practical experience of using NACEL for improvement work.

The group will function through events, networking, sharing resources, discussion and sharing good practice.
