Good Practice Compendium

The Good Practice Compendium brings together examples of innovation and improvement shared by Trusts through NACEL. These initiatives highlight practical, real-world approaches to enhancing quality of care, improving efficiency, and supporting better outcomes for service users and staff.

In 2024, 68 case studies were selected to showcase good work based on the narrative that was submitted from hospitals to the NACEL Hospital/Site Overview. In 2025, a further 66 case studies were selected to be added to this compendium.
