Thank you for your contribution to NACEL 2025 so far.

We are now 8 months into the data collection period, so this is a reminder to continue sharing all your Case Note Review and Hospital/Site Overview data. Here is a link to the data collection pages.

Please also continue to gather feedback from the bereaved by sharing the NACEL Bereavement Survey. Here’s a reminder of tips & tricks that have worked well for some Trusts.

NACEL 2024 State of the Nations Report

The NACEL 2024 State of the Nations Report is due to be published on the 14th August (subject to approval).

A public-facing tool will also be released on the NACEL Portal alongside the report, to support patients and families to understand the latest audit results.
