NACEL Quality Improvement Webinar   

The next NACEL quality improvement webinar is coming up on Thursday 17th October 1-2pm, the focus will be on improving recognition of dying.   

We encourage the attendance of colleagues who are doing quality improvement work relating to dying in hospital and end of life care.

To reach these colleagues, we have created a poster that can be shared with staff in newsletters, put up in staff rooms, etc.

Sign up to the next Data and Improvement Tool (DIT) drop in sessions  

The sessions will take you through the DIT’s new features to help you get the most from the tool. There’ll be a chance to ask the NACEL Team questions too. 

There will be two sessions held in October via MS Teams: 

• Tuesday 15th October, 12-1pm 

• Wednesday 23rd October, 12-1pm

Reminder to submit Hospital/ Site Overview data!

This is a reminder to submit your NACEL Hospital/ Site Overview data, data collection is open until Monday 30th September 2024.

Please continue to submit your Case Note Review data and continue to collect responses for the Quality Survey. Data collection for both audit elements is open until 31st December 2024. 

August Participation Update

Thank you for your continued participation in NACEL 2024. Data collection for NACEL opened on January 1st 2024 and participation rates continue to increase. See an update on data submission figures below.
