Call to action – Share what’s working for your Trust!
Since data collection opened, we have witnessed enthusiastic participation from many organisations. While there are organisations with great response rates for the Quality Survey and Staff Survey, we also recognise that some organisations are experiencing barriers that are making it difficult to collect responses.
Whether you're from a large or small hospital, if you have any tips, suggestions or examples of things that are working well in your organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

We have created a pack for organisations to use including example social media posts you can share throughout Dying Matters Week (6th-12th May). You can use these examples as they are or change them to better suit your organisation.
We have drafted some example tweets, LinkedIn posts, and internal newsletter content to:
share how NACEL provides insight into communication with dying people and those important to them,
encourage participation in the Staff Reported Measure, and
raise awareness of the Quality Survey.
Hospice UK have various images and resources in English and Welsh to promote Dying Matters Week on their website.
Don't forget to include #TheWayWeTalkAboutDyingMatters and #NACEL2024 in your posts!
