NACEL 2026 Bereavement Survey template

For organisations that have chosen to participate in the Bereavement Survey using the alternative local collection method, the Bereavement Survey template for January – March deaths can now be submitted to the NACEL Team.

If your organisation is using the online method (QR code/link), no action is required at this time. Please continue to promote the NACEL Bereavement Survey across your sites.

Dying Matters Awareness Week 2026

‍Dying Matters Awareness Week 2026 will take place from 4th-10th May. This year's theme is 'Let's talk about Death and Dying' - take a look at your organisation's results relating to communication about dying on the DIT.

Don't forget to contact your communications team to let them know about the Dying Matters campaign. We look forward to seeing your participation this year.
