Data Collection Updates

Update to Annual Death Data Collection dates:

Following discussion with the NACEL Clinical Team, we have lengthened the data collection window for the Annual Death Data Collection element of the audit, which will now remain open until 28th February 2026.

This change is to ensure there is sufficient time to work with business intelligence teams to collate and submit the data.
